About Us
It started with a hairbrush. And a little girl.
I became a single dad when my daughter was two. Mornings were ours. So was the brushing.
Every brush I tried pulled her hair. Every morning ended in tears. Hers, and sometimes mine.
Then I found one that was gentle. It worked. And one day it was gone.
I couldn’t find another like it. So I designed my own.
That brush became the Wave. Flexible where it needs to be. Soft on the scalp. Made to glide through hair without pulling.
Years before that, I did my master’s in Sweden. I never forgot how Scandinavian design works. Nothing extra. Everything has a purpose. Simple things, made well. That thinking shapes every Slinkko product, from the brushes to the packaging.
Slinkko is built for real mornings. For parents and kids. For anyone who wants hair care that feels calm instead of rushed.
And it’s still built for her. My daughter is the reason Slinkko exists, and the future I’m building it toward.
