Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. All orders ship from our fulfillment location in Sugar Land, Texas.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT, or on weekends or holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Shipping options and rates
- Free Shipping on orders of $29 or more: estimated delivery 3–5 business days after your order ships.
- Economy Shipping ($5.99): estimated delivery 3–5 business days after your order ships.
- Express Shipping ($11.74): estimated delivery 2–3 business days after your order ships.
Shipping costs and available options are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally extend delivery times.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@slinkko.com; we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@slinkko.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help make it right.
